Where is this store located ?
- This online shop is based in France and I ship internationally. Shop is in French Euro (EUR)
Can I make a refund / exchange / return?
- Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or delivered to the wrong addresses, and do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any issues with you order, do email me at [email protected] and I will try my best to help you!

When will my order arrive?
- PRE-ORDERS : All pre-order item will take 30 days minimum to be process. (Do expect some delays), I'll do my best to send the package as quickly as possible.
(!) Please note that if you buy pre-order items alongside others, your package will only be shipped once the pre-order items arrive. (!)
- All orders will take up to 7 days to be processed and you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
- Local orders will take 3-7 days to reach you after it's mailed.
- International orders will take 2-4 weeks to reach you after it's mailed. (do expect some delays!) *highly recommended to select tracked shipping to prevent lost mails.
